According to reports circulating widely on social media platform X (formerly Twitter), the tragic accident involved several cars that collided at high speed on the expressway. Eyewitness accounts and video clips shared online suggest that about four vehicles were completely wrecked as the fans raced dangerously on the poorly lit highway.
One of the first eyewitnesses to share details, identified as @alli_ya7, posted disturbing clips from the crash site, showing mangled cars and shocked bystanders. In her emotional post, she expressed disbelief at the recklessness that led to the unfortunate incident, writing: “The people that died coming back from Seyi Vibez concert last night omg. Why did they race???? Why??? They left the show and started racing on the express, trying to overtake other cars.”
Moments later, she returned with more heartbreaking footage from the aftermath of the crash and added: “Why!!!!!! Why race on the highway 😭 To think I saw one of the guys last week, now he’s gone. May their souls rest in peace. SPEED KILLS.”
