A Ghanaian man identified as Noah has gone viral after beginning the construction of a massive ark, claiming that God instructed him to build it in preparation for the destruction of the world, which he says will take place on December 25. According to him, the divine command included a specific instruction to take along two of every living species on earth, just as the biblical Noah did in the Old Testament story of the great flood.
The revelation surfaced online after it was shared in a post on X, formerly known as Twitter, by user @withAlvin__, who also attached a video of the man. In the footage, the self-proclaimed Noah could be seen addressing the camera confidently, explaining his mission while behind him carpenters were busy constructing what appeared to be a gigantic wooden vessel. The ark-in-progress, built from timber, planks, and nails, looked strikingly similar to the descriptions from the Bible, sparking curiosity and heated debates among viewers.
